This is the requisite first post for this new blog.  From here on out we will try to focus on asthma and allergies, as the name suggests.

I myself have been a lifetime sufferer from both asthma and resperitory allergies, and have long searched for information to help me breath easier.  Here we will be sharing that information with you, along with information about causes and other things you can do.
