I cured my 6 year …
I cured my 6 year hay fever by eating a healthy diet, taking cod liver oil, and also one important thing was ‘green tea’. Google “Green Tea May Fight Allergies”.

Anyway, I’ve been hayfever free for 4 years since I implemented a new diet and supplements.
