theres a myth in our country, your suppose to catch common/house lizards, the one that naturally enters your home stays at your ceiling and eats the insects near the lamps/bulbs? fry those and eat them, hehehe thats what they say, i didnt do that.

anyway, theres no better way to fight asthma than to make yourself stronger. By this i meant, train yourself. You lung is suppose to be elastic, so air can enter when breathing, when asthma is triggered, somehow elasticity is lost, thats why you have difficulty in breathing deeper. what should you do? simple, make your lung stronger. try jogging then running regularly..start from light one so you dont force your lungs. also, try swimming. once your lungs gets stronger, your asthma shouldn't trigger that frequently.. and it makes you healthier,. i use to have a stuffy nose every morning and sickly, i also have asthma so i dont play basketball and stuffs, but now i think i can..

goodluck man!
References :
A long time friend of mine has had asthma since she was a child. She battles with it to this day. I did a little research online and I found an article of a woman telling her story on how she controls her asthma condition naturally.

In the article she talks about changing her diet, eliminating preservatives and simply eating more healthy overall. She stopped consuming diary products. She then went on to limit or completely stop taking her medications that often had bad side effects. It seems like the combination of diet, exercise and cutting off medications contributed to her controlling her asthma naturally.

If you can identify what causing your asthma attacks, you can change your lifestyle and your asthma should improve. My friend, for example, eats what she wants, doesn’t exercise…there’s no wonder that she suffers from frequent asthma attacks! She’s very dependent on her medication and simply suffers even more from the side effects.

I think it’s great that you desire controlling your asthma naturally. I hope I’ve been of some help. You can read more of the woman’s story in the article which also includes professional advice from doctor. I’m going to email my stubborn girlfriend the article.
References :
http://cheapcrashcourses.com/asthmanaturally.htm

Go for some exercise such as walking. It will strengthen your body and reduce the frequency of asthma relapse.
